Q. How do I implement the JavaScript
code?
A. Open your web page
with your favorite web page editor. Then open
the page source and copy and paste the JavaScript
code somewhere between <BODY .... > and
</BODY> tags, for optimal results paste
the code right before the closing body tag </BODY>.
Save the modified page and then upload it to your
server. You can add this code to any number of
your pages that you wish to monitor through your
Traffic Analyser membership.
Q. What if I don't feel confident
about implementing the JavaScript code?
A. For a one off fee
of £50 a Traffic Analyser technician will
implement the JavaScript code on your behalf (max
50 pages).
Q. What is an IP address?
A. Every machine on
the Internet has a unique identifying number,
called an IP Address '212.128.99.11'. IP addresses
are usually dynamically assigned to your computer
when you dial up to the internet and will be different
each time you reconnect to the internet.

I have forgotten my password what do I do?
A. Email trafficanalyser@searchquest.co.uk
with your username (usually your email address)
and one of our support technicians will email
you your password.
Q.
How do you calculate the unique visitors number?
A. We split your log
file in parts of 300 hits and count the unique
IP's in each part. The final number is sum of
all unique visitors calculated.
